Although the lists are the same, different rates apply to different times of the year and, we need to be able to track occupancy through those periods. This will help to keep our rates the lowest possible, for the largest part of the year. Eventually, we intend to limit rate increases to specific dates & holidays - thus, offering our lower rates throughout the year.
