| Single Occupancy rates start at $95.00USD (shared bath) and $150.00USD (private bath). | ||
| Double Occupancy rates start at $125.00 (shared bath) and $175.00USD (private bath) | ||
| Triple Occupancy rates start at $175.00USD (shared bath) and $195.00USD (private bath) | ||
| Quadruple Occupancy rates start at $195.00USD (shared bath) and $245.00 (private bath) | ||
| We have several rooms which can accommodate groups of 5-7 persons (even, up to 8). The rate for each additional person AND each additional bed is $25.00USD. | ||
| We also access neighboring properties, when demand requires - we refer to these properties as "Satellite Suites". | ||
| ALL rates are PER NIGHT and SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TAXES. Continental Breakfast is included. All rooms have a kitchenette (except Satellite Suites). | ||
| We reserve the right to make room changes based on occupancy - i.e. we can move a reservation for two (2) people to a standard double room (one double bed), if required to accommodate larger groups. In any such case, we will bill at the lower rate, if applicable. | ||
